      Hampton prepared you for the next level. You may not get the pay you deserve and are over worked but they prepare you for growth. You learn valuable lessons on workplace politics, becomes extremely efficient at what you do, and build life long relationships.

      Cons

      Hampton’s pay is below industry standard and you are often working more than one position for an extended period of time.

      Great supervisor, family oriented department and fantastic students to work with.

      Cons

      The pay is the farthest thing from competitive and there’s no perks to compensate for it.
