Salary doesn’t match the amount of work you have to do. In my experience there was no room for advancement. The day to day operations are outdated and it doesn’t look like any changes are being made to fix the issues. Hampton University felt like it operated on an, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentally… but it’s broken.
