      Support from upper management is constant. Staff is also fun to work with and a joy to experience work and life togetherness

      Cons

      Amenities are 2 hours away, the community is mostly retired people, you need to enjoy the outdoors to take advantage of the area

      There is no better company. Top to bottom, it's a great place to work. I feel blessed to be there.

      No real cons with the company. The industry is cyclical, so that can be negative when the macro economy is not great.
