- Allows you to be an independent worker for a majority of the time, as you're out 'in the field'. - Large majority of the clients and their families do not have issues with you personally/the company; friendly and welcoming. - Rewarding role. - Supportive managers for the carers.
Cons
- Not a set location; constant travelling every working day. - Moreso mentally and emotionally straining than physically. - Start and end times vary every day (to be expected with the nature of this job). - At least half of my clients are not my regulars; changing clients frequently (again, unfortunate but to be expected).
