      Pros

      The starting pay is excellent (approximately $22/hour to start as a real employee, $17/hour to start through a temp agency). Overtime pay after 40 hours. Paid lunch break and shift premium if you are working evening shift.

      Cons

      They fire people for performance reasons without ever making an attempt to address the performance concerns. The probationary period is for 6 months.

      Pros

      The Hammond family runs the business, and they treat their employees as a family in many ways. I have witnessed surprising acts of compassion that I would not expect from a company, given previous experience.

      Cons

      Not a rigid organizational structure. Employees can "wear many hats."
