      The product is beautifully made and fun to sell. There are some great, loyal employees.

      Cons

      Poor management. They expect a lot from the employees, more than what is on your job description. Lots of employee turnover.

      Upper management only cares about figures and will get mad when you explain why it's hard for a new location to meet them.
