      Pros

      Stable job, with little brain power required and little experience needed. If you want to sit at a desk and get paid for it this is the job for you!

      Cons

      There is little to no room for advancement. Most time is spent preparing reports that have little to nothing to do with your job. It appears to me that this company is buying to sell. I can't say there has been anything about this job that warrants a compliment.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere. Two weeks paid vacation when starting . Employment offerer is usually submitted in writing . Room for advancement .

      Cons

      Sick and absence policy is harsh for mothers or caregivers. If you take more than 1.99 sick hours you have an occurrence that stays on the calendar until the day after that the following year. 4 occurances and you get a warning, 7 missed days in a year - you can get fired.
