Pros

Remote Work, Quick Training, Easy Training, Chill Office, Easy Sick Day Call-Outs and no questions asked, Supervisors will ping you for your breaks immediately after a call so you don't get another one

Cons

Pay isn't enough to live off of, way too much micro-management even when doing well consistently, No real incentives, No drive to stay within the company

Training was through, call center was quiet, working from home was a plus

Cons

Could have paid a little more, macromanagement from supervisor's could be a bit much
