Pros
Independent work if you're into that, and you get to work with intelligent people and the role doesn't involve customer service. Though I've worked at a few branches and I've noticed some WILL ask you to talk to clientele but most will advise you to leave that to the info clerks
Cons
It's a boring and thankless job. I use my downtime wisely but if you don't you'll be bored
