      No paid holidays, admin is always finding something wrong, certain employees get away with doing nothing and being late, pay is not good

      Laid back culture. 48/96 schedule.

      Cons

      Management is horrid. FTO is really nothing and there is no communication. They took on too many outer stations too quick- management doesn’t know what goes on anywhere. Crew members are shady.
