      Pros

      Great leadership team and company culture that truly cares about its employees and their clients. Great benefits, fun employee events, family atmosphere. They're very flexible with your hours and will work with you if you need time off.

      Cons

      Location can seem a bit sketchy, but they have a full-time security guard as a receptionist. I've never had any trouble.

      The chemistry of the employees is fantastic. There is a solid foundation of teamwork.

      Cons

      It is a lot of physical work and long hours with little opportunity to grow and I have too much ambition.

      Seeing a project from conception thru execution was rewarding. Very talented designers and craftsmen. High quality projects produced for clients.
