Hamilton cross have an extremely high standard and look after there staff with respect, care , understanding and kindness. They tailor make your shifts and rota to individualally suit what you want. They are always at the end of the phone to help and listen to you that allow you to build good relationships and if you have a problem it’s immediately taken care of. I can’t believe the effort they made and the hard work put into finding the kind of work I was searching for. There rate of pay is better than most other agencies They never disappoint you and are true to there word and you feel like you want to work for them because they treat you so well If you havnt jet joined this agency you should It’s the best thing that I ever did and wished I had joined them a long time ago
