      Terrible management, no raises or bonuses. No appreciation for your work or commitment to the company.

      Free lunch Perfect schedule 6:30am-2:45pm Rotating positions throughout the day

      Cons

      They are very strict about dumb stuff. Are they worry about is mass production in a little short period of time when they should be worried about quality. If you do not meet their expected quota they will fire you.If you’re 1min30sec late you get written up. It’s pretty much negative work environment.
