No access or investment in professional development, no (and I mean no) opportunity for promotion (proscribed by local policy, staff only hired on contract basis) standard of clinical care is appalling, variation in standards of clinical care appalling, compensation and benefits framework outdated and inflexible. company frequently fails to deliver against contractual commitments. Poor governance, zero accountability, poor morale, low employee engagement, inefficient, ineffective and self deluded as an organisation.
