Pros
-Meeting great co-workers on your same level -Working on a studio lot, so the occasional actors are seen around the building -There's a nice view from their floor -There's free coffee in the kitchen next to the suggestions box -You get a parking spot and don't have to pay for it
Cons
-Extremely long hours -No connection to the outside world -Everyone is involved in "office chatter" but will deny it -Management has no regard for lower leveled employees -HR will NOT be there to support you and has terrible people skills -There is always a negative attitude floating around -You feel like you're on the edge of your seat at all times waiting to get yelled at for not doing something 100% accurate -No review system was in place and that was the only way to achieve a raise -Inequality among age/gender in the office -CEO always manages to make everything about himself (even in someone's baby shower event the coworkers would throw for another)
