The whole place feels very out of touch, very cliquey and very very high turnover of staff pay is not competitive with the industry average resourcing is a bit of a joke, often you get no hours statements month after month and are expected to work long hours with no extra pay or benefits can sometimes feel very cliquey and if you're in the top management's good books no clear HR team very little training and development limited career opportunities work life balance is not great
