Full remote, sometimes cool projects. Reasonable starting wage for entry level if you negotiate properly.
Cons
No room for growth or promotion, it's usually a dead end job. Toxic, uncaring leadership, although this depends on which project you're on. Since the NEP takeover, everything is hired as contractor with far worse benefits.
