We're glad the flexibility of our hybrid model has been a positive for you. Our near-fully remote setup — with just 4 office days a month was intentionally designed to give our people more time with the ones that matter most. We believe balance starts with trust, and that trust begins with flexibility.
On recognition ,we hear you, and we know that spot awards and features in our internal channels don't always feel like enough, especially when the contribution feels deeper than a moment. We're continually revisiting how we surface and celebrate impact at every level, and this is a good reminder to do better.
Regarding appraisals — we understand that performance evaluation processes can sometimes feel opaque or disconnected from effort. We'd genuinely encourage you to connect with your manager or our People team directly, as every conversation helps us calibrate and improve. Our goal is always for the process to feel fair, transparent, and tied to real contribution.
