I felt the culture of the company is not just name's sake in board and meetings the company is driving through the culture to imbibe the same in each individual is what makes me feel great place to work and imbibe the culture which helps both professionally and personally. There is no manager's favorite concept, all individuals are treated individually without any partial. Management is approachable and easy to talk to. Management genuinely seeks and responds to suggestions and ideas. Management shows appreciation for good work and extra effort. Initial days of joining was so helpful and supportive, Talent and culture team have set up of buddy programs where the buddy will help out if we have any questions. They will keep on checking if we are settling well. DO we have any issues. Even each individual will help out without keeping the position in mind. And I highly recommend Halma to people who would like to join.

Nothing major, just a recent new shift of cab services from car to TT is eating lots of time due to Bangalore traffic.
