Long established family owned business. Employees are treated fairly and with respect. Management is understanding of personal responsibilities of employees. Most of the employees have been with the company for many years. Employees are compensated fairly. Overall an excellent, long established business to work for.

Really, the only downside I can think of is it's retail, so the hours are long and if you're in sales, you must work weekends and holidays. But that would be true for any major appliance retailer.

SMALL, family owned business, work environment is very good. executives treat all employees very well. great flexibility when time off is needed.
