EVERYTHING. The nurses did a ton of illegal things such as handing 1:1 aides meds to pass/give to residents. There was a lot of favoritism and gossip. ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. TONS of citations every year. TERRIBLE PAY. THE REGIONAL EXECS. DIDN'T GIVE A CRAP. The list goes on.
