Unprofessional behavior from the top. Friendships supersede positions. Bad decisions are made with great disfunction when only considering friendships within the company. Community productivity suffers greatly with outdated marketing protocols and oppressive oversight from Marketing. Never positive and always bad mouthing community team. Unprofessional at best and terminable behavior at least.
