Cons
- The position (Data Entry Specialist) ended up being very different than how it was originally described to me. It is less data entry and more auditing and payment adjusting. - You can tell there is pressure on the supervisors from the people higher up in the company to produce high numbers of trips being closed. This focus on just getting as many trips closed as possible, results in incorrectly processed trips and vendors constantly getting upset. - They do not value the quality of work that you do. They ONLY care about metrics and your stats at the end of each day (stats meaning how many trips the system shows you closed). - The management of the department have very poor communication amongst themselves and I was being given different direction by different people.
