      It's a neat job and you get to travel a lot

      Cons

      no work/personal life balance, on call 24/7 expected to be ready for a 12 hour shift 24 hours a day, No on call pay, No guaranteed hours, Higher ups out of touch with local drivers. Poor pay rate.

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
