Incredible work environment! The support that has been/being provided has been AMAZING. Hall Financial is truly a place where you can 100% trust that the people around you want what is best for you and they will do anything to make sure you achieve that ! Everyday I walk in I know it’s going to be a good day. Even on days i’m not feeling it I know that being here in this environment will turn that around. I came in here with ZERO experience and I was terrified of learning something completely new. They have provided one of the best learning environments I have ever seen. You’re given all the tools you need to succeed plus so much more. The leaders here have so much trust in you and so much care that it feels impossible to not succeed. They provide a safe environment to make mistakes because there’s no mistake you can make that they can’t fix. I’ve always been a super anxious person and I was worried on how that was going to impact my performance here. I’m happy to say that it hasn’t impacted my performance because the trust and faith they have in me everyday has helped me learn to have that in myself. I’ve never been around people before who have cared so much. All the Leaders here consistently give you all their time, support, and love. This is a place where you will succeed. You will improve in your career but also in yourself. Hall Financial has truly done an incredible job on creating a team of people who all want to succeed but also wants everyone else to succeed. Being here feels more like home than anywhere else. David Hall the CEO is so involved with the company and all of the individuals who work here. I’ve never seen a CEO be so involved in weekly/daily meetings with the whole team before. His energy is incredible and he does a wonderful job and sharing that energy with everyone. Working for Hall Financial is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I’m so excited to continue to grow with them and learn more everyday.

You are expected to work basically 24/7. No advancement opportunities unless you are buddies with upper management. Rules constantly changing to accomodate those that are in the inner circle.
