      Never overworked, some benefits associated with being in a union.

      Cons

      Do not apply here unless you are an engineer or have a technical diploma. They do not value any other forms of education and you will never have an opportunity to move up. All management jobs are filled by engineers. Most do not have management skills, only engineering skills.

      It's a job. That's about it.

      Cons

      Long-term employees beware: advancement here often goes to external candidates despite claims of promoting from within. Hard work and loyalty don’t seem to count for much. Management’s words and actions rarely match.
