? The pay is almost impossible to live on. (Commissions have been eliminated) ? This position has an extremely high turnover rate, so it's likely that you will be looking for another job within 6 months to a year. ? Policies contradict one another ? Bad communication. ? During the last year the company has made several changes. More and more is expected at the site level and each site is very micromanaged and customer service is expected not to suffer. ? Corporate Management Staff offer little support and praise, only criticism. ? HR department is rude and has little respect for new employees. (Waited for over a month to activate benefits that should have been active 2 months prior)
