      Clearly defined expectations as a worker, mostly regular hours, Knowledgable staff -- amiable and professional. Comfortable environment with predictable routines.

      Cons

      Periodic sudden interference from upper-management. Sometimes one is stretched thinly due to short-handed staff pool.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
