They care about their employees and make sure to work with you in regards to whatever life issues may come up. Also just a fun place to work.

It can be slow at times but other than that I have no complaints

Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

Cons

Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
