Pros
50% discount on most items in the store. It's a great place to work if you love books because you feel more like you are just hanging out with friends talking about things you love when in reality you are working and getting paid.
Cons
Customers who don't understand the basic idea of a for Profit company and expect to be paid more for their books than we will actually sell them for. Also the district level management seems utterly out of touch with reality in the stores. They need to spend drastically more time in the stores observing actual operations not shut in the back office making worthless and foundless accusations about the staff.
