Pros
I had a great community and formed great connections. Talking with customers about what I'm passionate about and recommending new books for them was the highlight of my day. Never really felt like a retail job until the holidays come up.
Cons
Still pushing the mailing list like every company, which a lot of customers still don't care about/have time for. Weirdly strict about hours and schedules. They don't do half shifts, only 8 hours, which is nice, considering that's 40 hours a week.
