This is a perfect company to learn and grow your career. The teammates you get to work with are amazing, and the work-life balance is excellent across almost all departments.

While most of the company is great, I highly advise against joining the Projection team. The management style in this specific group is very poor. There is a heavy culture of micromanagement, a lack of basic people skills, and highly unprofessional communication toward employees.
