      It is a small company with an entrepreneurial spirit. I enjoyed the flat company structure with direct access to all general partners.

      Cons

      There are limited opportunities for advancement due to small corporate office. There is a large amount of time spent crunching numbers and reviewing deals.

      Continuing education opportunities, bonus opportunities, fair PTO schedule, accessible corporate team

      Have been making some changes and some have been harder than others. Embracing new tech has been difficult to navigate and the idea of saving time is great but it really hasn't saved us any
