No transparency, lack of support - Accountant Hal Smith Restaurants Employee Review

Very negative environment. Imagine a large amount of women working in an office. No communication from top down. Often wouldn't know stores were closing until a Facebook post was made by marketing. All of the managers operate differently and have different expectations. This makes it hard to keep up and be switched around to different restaurants.
