Company is disorganized, not a transparent company, customers are difficult people to please, empty promises from management and the pay compensation is way too low for being a luxury extension store.

Discount on hair and that is all

This company is one of or if not the worst company to work for. The “leadership team” members are far from leaders. They are all two faced cowards that sit at home behind a laptop micromanaging their departments. Their unsophisticated characteristics has rubbed off on the type of horrible people they hire. The Hair Shop is the utmost toxic, unorganized, under staffed and under appreciated (by upper management) “establishment” that I have ever hear of! You will thank me later for running farrrrrr farrrrr away from this trash. Don’t let me get started on the product. They recycle old product aka hair and call it a promotion and sell it at a “discount”. It’s nothing new, it came from a box back from 1980 or whenever they claim they were founded.
