Excellent owners and co-workers to work with.

There are no downsides to working here, I love being a part of a great work family.

It's a good job to get your foot in the door if you're a new stylist. Have hair styles/color contests through Regis Corp where you can win hair supplies/gift cards ect. Easy to build up your clientele'. Easy going salon with a fun atmosphere.

Unrealistic hair goals to move forward as a "Master stylist" Which really only gives you the names worth. Never pays higher then min wage. Not guaranteed 40 hours. Full benefits dental, vison, medical.. but not good benefits
