Pros

The biggest pro is going into a small business in your local area and seeing your marketing plan work! Websites, Digital marketing and local print Campaigns! I have a couple clients that I have built friendships with that will last for life! -Salary (always get a paycheck) -Commission (Rewarded for Working Hard) -Boss (My boss Steve Carey has improved my ability and took me to the next level) -Co-workers (Great group always help me out)

Cons

I would say the biggest con would be the travel! I have some days I drive 2 hours to get to my first client! That's part of the job but the only con I can think of!

Pros

Generally have no good words for companies i work for, this is an exception. Supervision is flex able and resourceful. New technique's on what you work on and how to think about it. Other then hang ups and voice mail's from receptionists pretty easy to influence advertising directors in two minutes to meet with the rep. Caring co workers and great outline on what your job in tails and whats expected from you.

Cons

Receptionists take you as some false telemarketing scheme and usually hang up or do not allow you to get in contact with the person your trying to reach.

Pros

Flexibility and being able to schedule your own appointments. This office manager is not a micro manager and you work out of the office most of the time visiting customers at their place of employment or a local coffee shop.

Cons

The company is behind the curve in the products they offer. Chasing the market definitely hurts the sales potential. Many times the customers have already purchased from another vendor, for the digital products. Some prices are not in line with market rates. This company's procedures are so ridiculous they stifle the sales staff, costing them time and money. They are still using UPS to return files for corrections that could be handled by email or even just by a person with common sense, without returning the file at all. Sometimes they mail a file back because you didn't write the name of the company on page 2.
