      Lots of learning opportunities due to lean teams and wide responsibilities. Chances to build new skills quickly. Fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. Collaborative colleagues who are supportive despite limited resources

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing leads to heavy workloads and burnout. Lack of clear strategy makes priorities feel reactive instead of focused. Slow decision-making at leadership level can stall progress.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
