      Pros

      Successful industry, gain a lot of knowledge on the food industry, dress down Fridays, good location if you live in Long Island and do not want to travel to the city.

      Cons

      Morale is very low, distinct separation between staff and executives, lacks good communication, besides health insurance employees are not offered a lot of benefits, favoritism is apparent.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
