      This was a great company and culture to work for. Great benefits and great employee opportunities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately due to being a publicly traded company when the numbers are falling there were a few RIF's involved.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
