Pros

Volunteer opportunities. Smart colleagues with global experience. Growth: but you will not benefit. Workload will continue to increase.

Cons

Hain Celestial will do anything to recruit an employee, even telling them they offer “work-life balance”. This is a lie. They DO NOT offer work-life balance. Anyone who leaves after an 8 hour day is spending their evenings and weekends working because of intense workload. They love hiring qualified candidates who have been unemployed or are starting their careers in Canada because they can manipulate these people to work excessive hours and they will do whatever it takes to keep their job. They can pay these people less too! It takes forever to get promoted because that means more money from their bottomline. The only people who get promoted are the ones who wouldn’t think twice about stabbing another coworker in the back to make themselves look good. This company is lean to the core and getting leaner every quarter. And they pay well below the industry average. So if you are thinking of working here my advice is to you is to run while you can and don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Pros

Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

Cons

Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
