      I sincerely enjoyed learning about tea and sharing my knowledge with people, and some of the sweetest people of all time came by!

      Cons

      As the title says the boss was emotionally manipulative, and by the time I left the rules for guides where just getting unnecessarily strict and where nonsensical at best

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
