      Nothing at all...there is zero work life balance and on top of that the people surrounding you are hard to be around everyone is miserable and you will become miserable too if you choose to be around this environment .

      Cons

      Everything from the CEO to your coworkers ...this is not a place for someone who intends to live a happy life . They will bring you down

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
