      Poor leadership, low salaries, and uncompetitive benefits. Most companies offer at least 3 weeks PTO for their employees. The team is responsive instead of proactive with issues

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
