      Pros

      The Talent Acquisition was a pleasure to work with, and the overall recruitment was a pleasure. Onboarding were extremely efficient, professional, and the entire team that I'm working with have been focused on work-life balance while trying to complete a major, time-sensitive project.

      Cons

      I haven't seen many cons that are noteworthy.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
