      As a new hire in the first week, I have not experienced any cons. Everyone on my team has been helpful and willing to answer any questions that I have as I am new in the CPG industry.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
