      Great people on the shop floor, staff shop

      Cons

      Truly awful culture from the very senior management. CI team is there purely to rip out costs and does it with no empathy. Any attempt to speak up is quashed by those meant to protect Bullying and controlling culture and good people who we like are allowed to leave

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
