      Pros

      You make an impact. Leadership executes and communicates their strategy. CEO said 9 months into fiscal year strong chance bonus payouts would be higher then target....and he followed through....2 years in a row CEO ensured all employees received their bonus!

      Cons

      One very senior leader who rubs a lot of people the wrong way. Senior Leaders need to keep focus on the strategic changes and external factors. Majority of the ELT are excellent

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
