      Great brands and teammates. Could be an amazing place to work with some key changes in leadership.

      Leadership through fear and intimidation Unrealistic expectations without facts, understanding and knowledge Thinly veiled “strategic” decisions are about the short term and related to payout rather than organizational health and direction Culture degraded by the day - toxic is an understatement evidenced by high turnover. Volatile personality in leadership position.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
