Pros

There is a very strong portfolio of very well know brands. The work life balance is very good (Never get an email after 5 or on the weekends) and there is flexibility with your schedule. If you are a problem solver or someone that is solutions oriented, you will do incredibly well at Hain. Most of the management is willing to help, but most people don't understand the complexity of the issues within Hain, which sometimes make it seem that they are not. Their hands are tied at times. Days off, personal time and holidays are very good. The base salary is pretty good, although some other companies are higher, but overall they are competitive, especially for long island.

Cons

The good brands are long in the tooth. Hain is not very good at innovation and is not a marketing company and needs to bring in some talented marketers ASAP if it wants to grow. Its not good that there are sales people there with better marketing insight that the actual marketing people themselves. Production, mixing centers and basically all of operations are still a train wreck. The person in charge of transportation is not the greatest. The Chief Sales Officer can be very difficult and rarely listens to other peoples point of view. He is very smart, but not experienced in Natural and it shows. He wants to help, but its hard to figure our how to speak with him.

Pros

Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

Cons

Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
